About the role

An Account Executive role in accounting, responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate accounting documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management report on timely manner
• Responsible for Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and General Ledger including preparation of journal entries, checking supporting documents, perform bank and intercompany account reconciliation
• Summarizes the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets profit and loss statements and other reports
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

About you

• Minimum qualification fresh graduate Degree in Accounting and Finance base or professional qualification such as ACCA
• Minimum 2-3 years financial accounting experiences
• Computer Literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications, preferably with AutoCount software working knowledge
• Good team and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and accounting systems
• Ability & desire for continuous learning
