Account Executive

Ø Daily Entry of purchase, sales**(E-invoice**), payment to creditors, receipt from debtors, journal voucher& filing all the Voucher’s including invoice in a Proper way.

Ø Creation of Sales Order, Goods/Outbound Delivery, Sales Billing/Invoice.

Ø Knowledge of Sap is most required.

Ø Preparation of Service Invoicing, Inventory Invoicing, FI Documents Parking, Vendor Payment, Bank to Bank Entries, Bank to G/L Entries in SAP, Vendor Reconciliation

Ø Creation of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order of Inventory/Service, Goods Received/Service Sheet, Purchase Invoice.

Ø Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement everyday & submit report to the Management in weekly basis.

Ø Day to day cash& bank transactions &maintain books of accounts, Prepare Cheque in favour of Creditors & Others Vendors, prepare demand draft, NEFT, RTGS Payment, have known of Online net banking.

Ø Responsible for making payment of outstanding creditors &, Payment follow-up of debtors from sales department after showing of ageing report. (Generate report for every week Accounts Payable &Receivable)

Ø Making Bank Stock Statementfor10thofevery month.

Ø Responsible for TDS Payment within 7th of every month& return filling for every quarter**. P.Tax** Calculation every month for employees. I have working knowledge of GST (GSTR1, GSTR-2B, GSTR- 3B) Calculation return, have known e- waybill (Part A &Part B).

Ø e-Payment of TDS, PF, ESIC, GST, Professional tax in every month through Online.

Analysis of Purchase Requisition Report, Purchase Order Report, GR/IR Report, Sales Report,Stock Report, Vendor Balance Report etc.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
