Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

ACCOUNTING & CASH Handle day-to-day transactions after documentation and authentication, including petty payments and receipts. Record all transactions in Zoho Books, or other packages as required, accurately and on time. Follow up on payments. Handle cash collection and deposit it in the bank on time.

REPORTING & PAYROLL Prepare monthly information statements MIS for management. Work with the legal advisors on employee payroll, give them the inputs they need and pay salaries on time.

Who We Are Looking For QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Graduate in B.Com or M.Com. Minimum 4 years' experience, with good accounting knowledge and well versed in accounting entries. Very good in Excel. TAX & COMPLIANCE Deduct TDS on payments, pay it to the government and file quarterly TDS returns. Pay GST, municipal and other applicable taxes on time and file the returns. Assist auditors in annual statutory audits and provide the information they need. COORDINATION Liaise with banks, statutory authorities, legal advisors, auditors, debtors and creditors on the organisation's transactions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
