Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, GST compliance, taxation, and TDS filings.

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and general ledger entries.

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping practices by maintaining records of all transactions and performing regular audits.

• Provide support in finalizing annual budgets and forecasting future financial performance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to finances.

• Preparation of salary register and Attendance registers, PF, ESI (training will be provided)
