Account Executive

• Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Ledger Maintenance: Conduct general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Invoicing & Billing: Process vendor invoices, customer billing, and track timely payments.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, corporate taxes, and other statutory compliances (as applicable).
• Financial Reporting: Support the finance manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, P&L accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Assistance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and schedules.
• Expense Management: Monitor, review, and verify employee expense claims and petty cash disbursements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (CA Inter, M.Com, or MBA Finance is a strong plus).
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven working experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar financial role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
