Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and accounting records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
