Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of client accounts by conducting thorough data entry and analysis of customer information
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare proposals, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all outbound calling efforts to foster trust and rapport
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client communication and support ongoing account management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling or client communication
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with general computer skills and technical proficiency
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, typing accuracy, and record keeping
• Experience in customer support or client services roles that require problem-solving and quick thinking
• Ability to handle cash transactions or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone etiquette, customer service best practices, and analysis skills for evaluating client needs
