Contractor company based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Job Descriptions:
- Perform daily accounting functions ( data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records ).
- Maintenance and finalisation of the monthly accounts and to ensure the accounts are submitted within the datelines given
- To prepare a monthly report on outstanding invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders not matched/batched and the actions to be taken.
- To assist in the audit of the Company.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years experiences in related field.
- Knowledge in UBS System, Microsoft Excel & Words
