Account Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring that products are packed, documented, and delivered to customers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Cash Book and prepare accounting vouchers.
• Manage vendor-related accounting activities and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Update and maintain credit card statements and payment records.
• Prepare invoices, DC and E-way bills.
• Prepare letters for DD, FDR, and BG creation/cancellation and follow up on the same.
• Handle Bill of Entry submission and related documentation.
• Verify and process tour bills of Sales and Service personnel.
• Prepare documents for Cheque, RTGS, and NEFT transactions.
• Prepare remittance documents and coordinate with the concerned parties.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for timely submission of tour bills and deposit of advances as per tour schedules.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.

.Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, Invoice, and Delivery Challan.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the medical devices/medical equipment industry will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, B.Com will be preferred
• Experience in a medical equipment or healthcare company will be preferred.
