Account Executive

Job Descriptions

• Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform any other finance or administrative tasks as required by the superior

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Familiar with accounting concepts and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL,) is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlet accounts
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially with outlet staff
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage to support Mandarin speaking stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
