Account Executive

Velammal Engineering college is looking for Accounts Executive - Female with Immediate Joiner

Location: Surepet, Chennai

Experience: 24 Years (Education sector preferred)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities:

Verify bills and IOMs, enter vouchers in Tally, and maintain petty cash and bank records.

Process cheques, RTGS payments, purchase requests, and vendor payments.

Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Handle caution deposits, fee refunds, fee collection, and defaulter lists.

Maintain Trust Office and COE accounts and reports.

Support budget preparation and NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AICTE affiliation and accreditation activities.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, accuracy, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
