Account Executive

Delta Print Group is hiring an experienced Account Executive to represent our full range of print, mail, and marketing solutions. This position is based at Parks Printing, our Modesto, California facility, and comes with an established book of business and the opportunity to earn $100,000 or more in your first year.

For more than five decades, Parks Printing has served universities, hospitals, wineries, agricultural businesses, financial institutions, private companies, and public agencies throughout Northern California and beyond.

As part of Delta Print Group, Parks Printing is supported by our Sacramento and West Sacramento facilities, offering clients comprehensive printing, signage, direct mail, data-driven marketing, fulfillment, promotional products, and online storefront solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing accounts by strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities, and introducing additional products and services.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to client expectations.
• Manage sales activities including maintaining an active pipeline, preparing forecasts, and participating in sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial printing, direct mail, signage, marketing services, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, grow accounts, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to meet clients in person, actively prospect, and maintain a strong presence in the market.
