Designation: Accounts Executive

Experience - 3+ Years

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Working Days - 6 Days, WFO

Location - Ramdev Nagar, Ahmedabad

Industry Preference - Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, Construction, or Project-based organizations.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

● Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

● Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

● Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.

● Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.

● Maintain cash book, general ledger, and accounting records.

● Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

● Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

● Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

● Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

● Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.

● Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

● Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP software.

● Good understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

● Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

● High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
