Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and outreach.
• Manage accounts with accounting software like Quickbooks and other Accounting Softwares.
• Manage client accounts efficiently using data entry and CRM tools, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and transactions.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and written communications that clearly articulate product benefits and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client services, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) and familiarity with CRM or data management systems.
• Windows Computer Device Required
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner and strong organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency in computer skills including typing speed, data entry accuracy.
• Age Range 25 - 65
• Experience in cash handling or financial transactions is a plus but not required.

Pay: $63.70 - $140.58 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 8.0 per week
