Account Executive

About the role

As an Account Executive Officer at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing and nurturing relationships with clients. This is a contract role based in Jakarta, where you will play a vital role in driving business growth and client satisfaction for the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Acquisition new client and identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively managing and enhancing relationships
3. Understand client needs and goals, and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements
4. Negotiate and facilitate contract renewals, escalating any issues or concerns as needed
5. Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and collaborate with the sales team to secure additional contracts
6. Provide regular updates on account activity, performance metrics and growth strategies
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably within the express delivery or logistics industry
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record
4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
5. Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
