Account Executive (ธุรกิจรถเช่า)

About the role

This is a customer service and vehicle rental operations role. You will provide information and respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, email, and online platforms, serving walk-in, call-in, OTA, and corporate clients. You will prepare quotations, rental contracts, receipts, and related documents accurately and completely. You will coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery, inspect vehicle readiness before handover to customers, and track vehicle returns according to company standards. You will also provide vehicle delivery and pickup services as assigned, record service data, prepare operational reports and sales summaries for management, and maintain customer satisfaction while resolving issues appropriately.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information and respond to customer inquiries through telephone, email, online platforms, walk-in, call-in, OTA, and corporate clients
• Prepare quotations, rental contracts, receipts, and related documents accurately and completely
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Inspect vehicle readiness and completeness before handover to customers and track vehicle returns according to company standards
• Provide vehicle delivery and pickup services as assigned
• Record service data, prepare operational reports and sales summaries for management
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues appropriately
• Perform other assigned tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid personal vehicle driving license and ability to drive
• Good personality, interpersonal skills, and passion for service work
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• English language communication ability (will receive special consideration)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systems
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work in shifts (08:00–17:00 and 11:00–20:00)
• Good health with no chronic conditions that would hinder job performance
• Experience in car rental, hotel, tourism, airline, or customer service businesses (will receive special consideration)
