Account Executive

Location: GP MED TECH SDN BHD
Zon Industri Ayer Keroh Baru, Melaka

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL).
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and government authorities.
• Prepare schedules and documents for audit and year-end closing.
• Handle SST, e-Invoice, and other statutory requirements (if applicable).
• Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.
• Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry account
• Able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Experience liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
