Job Description – Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com Graduate
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (HQ)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: All Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and accounting reports.
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely accounting entries

Required Skills

• B.Com graduate with 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.
