Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle GST billing, and support routine accounting and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain daily accounting entries and financial transactions in Tally.

· Manage purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.

· Prepare sales and purchase invoices and handle GST billing.

· Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank transaction records.

· Monitor outstanding payments, receipts, and vendor accounts.

· Maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, and other financial documents.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports as required.

· Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers for accounts-related matters.

· Ensure accuracy of accounting records and support internal and statutory audits.

Skills Required

· Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

· Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.

· Understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.

· Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
