Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Pengerang, Johor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle invoice processing, payment documentation, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR), and cost control activities.
• Manage petty cash transactions, staff claims, and related reimbursements.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.
• Prepare reports and liaise with the Head Office (HQ) Accountant and Finance Team to resolve reporting discrepancies and clarify financial matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and filing systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and relevant requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses and ensuring proper cost documentation.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in the construction industry and site-based working environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP or other relevant accounting systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced working environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pengerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
