Account Executive

 ·        Handle full set of accounts and oversee all related accounting tasks.

·        Preparation of complete sets of Financial Reports. (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Supplier and Debtor Aging etc).

·        Analyse financial reports & management reports. Timely submission of Monthly Management Accounts to Management before deadline.

·        Checking of Purchase Requisitions raised.

·        Verification of month-end Inventory record. Collaborate with others for stock take.

·        Accounts Payable (AP) Ensure accurate and complete suppliers’ documents before processing payments, any other relevant accounting entries tasks in AP.

·        Forecast and monitor cash flows.

·        Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, banker, Kastam, LHDN regarding audit, tax estimation, bank facility etc.

Job Requirement:

 ·        Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.

·        Professional qualification from a recognised body (ACCA/ CIMA/ CA/ CPA) will be an added advantage.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and experience in using SQL accounting system will be an added advantage.

·        Candidate must be diligent, detail-oriented, team player, result oriented. Able to work independently and under pressure, prioritise to meet multiple deadlines.

·        Candidate must have soft skill such as : initiative, good interpersonal skill, leadership skill, analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem solving,  communication, self-motivated and is a fast learner.

·        Good in writing and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

·        Candidate must possess own transport and willing to work in Eco World Grandeur, Puncak Alam, Selangor.
