Account Executive (General Ledger)

Brief

We are hiring for a result-driven Account Executive with a strong passion for financial accuracy within a multi-industry organization. This expert will be managing general ledger functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving pricing strategies across diverse business units (BUs).

What You Would Work On

• Handle the full set of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing within required deadlines.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and relevant government agencies when required.
• Support management with financial information and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
