Job Description:

• We looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing day-to-day accounting tasks and contributing to accurate financial reporting and control..

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring day to day routine accounting office Admin daily activities.

• Monitoring Following up for pending due to be received.

• Checking Verification of bills, supporting documents, relevant approvals.

• Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles.

• Conduct month-end and year-end close process.

• Coordinate with the customers for payment.

• Collect, analyze and summarize account information.

• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Update accounts receivable and issues invoices.

• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.

• Should Know Tally ERP 9 GST filing.

• Assist with other accounting projects.

Looking for 6 months to 2 year Experienced Candidates. Immediate joiners to our organization.
