Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and other project-related requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality.
• Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, warehouse staff, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely material availability.
• Handle import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping companies, and international suppliers.
• Monitor international shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery status.
• Ensure compliance with applicable import–export regulations and trade documentation requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, inventory updates, vendor databases, and cost reports.
• Control procurement costs while ensuring material quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Resolve supplier, shipment, and delivery-related issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
