Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, GST documentation, vendor and customer reconciliations, payment processing, and financial record maintenance. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based companies will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bills and customer outstanding follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory documentation and filings.
• Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, expense records, and supporting documents.
• Track payments, receipts, outstanding amounts, and vendor dues.
• Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records and support internal and statutory audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting and Finance.
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or EPC companies will be preferred. Applicants should be organized, accurate, and capable of handling routine accounting activities independently.
