What they need
Processing all payments, including vendor bills and petty cash, through cheques or cash against requisitions received by the Finance Department. This includes processing vendor bills in ERP, releasing payments, maintaining all hardcopy records, and assisting the Accounts Assistant with petty cash management and reconciliation reports.
Maintain and reconcile payable and expense ledgers
Correspondence with Operation department, Payroll, Billing, purchase department for integration of all Finance/accounts data in ERP System.
Coordinate with inventory personal on daily basis & update to Sr. Management accordingly.
Any other task assigned by the seniors.
Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- ACCOUNTS: 1 year (Required)
Location:
- Karachi (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
