Job Summary

To manage and maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, with a focus on inventory management, auditing, and costing.

Key Responsibilities

1**. Financial Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2**. Inventory Management**: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and conducting regular inventory audits.

3. Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.

4. Costing: Analyze and manage costs, including direct and indirect costs, and providing cost reports and analysis to management.

5. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

6. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile company accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on inventory management, auditing, and costing.

3. Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), Excel, and financial analysis.

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

2. Financial Modeling: Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

3. Cost Accounting: Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
