JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Manage the administration and daily operations of accounting department

-          Handle full set of accounts and general accounting duties

-          Prepare monthly finance statement

-          Ensure proper account document are filed and maintained properly

-          Preparing and managing accounting records and duties are updated accurately, correctly and promptly into the system

-          Responsible for timely submission for all statutory reports

-          Preparation of aging reports, reconciliation of bank statement and monitoring of collections and payments

-          To liaise with auditors, banker, secretary and tax agents

-          Submit and monitor e-invoicing process

-          Handle monthly retailing outlets stocktake

-          Knowledge in IRS POS / SQL accounting system if any

-          Perform ad-hoc & other related duties as required by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

-          Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in accountancy / professional certificates or equivalent

-          The candidate should be independent and work with minimum supervision

-          Language communications: Mandarin, English and Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders

-          Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have an accounting education background, intern experience and good working attitude

-          Preferable with relevant financial / accounting rules and regulations in Malaysia
