Account Executive

Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to own full-set accounts and cost control across our trading, property, and machinery business units. You'll drive accurate financial reporting and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for trading, property, and machinery divisions.
• Track budgets, analyses variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidation reports.
• Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, claims, and payment vouchers for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with financial controls, internal audits, and process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to cost control.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounts, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in UBS Accounting Software, Info-Tech Accounting Software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
