About the Company

Team Marine Sdn. Bhd. is a marine service and supply company based in Port Klang, Malaysia. The Company specialises in the servicing, inspection and maintenance of marine safety equipment, including liferafts, lifeboats and firefighting appliances. The Company also provides marine equipment supplies, ship spare parts and vessel support services to customers in the shipping and maritime industry.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including supplier invoices and payments, bank reconciliations, and outstanding payment monitoring. Supports SST, e-Invoice, tax compliance, monthly financial reporting, and audit requirements while maintaining accurate accounting records. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with SQL Accounting. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions using SQL Accounting.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.
• Assist in SST, e-Invoice, and tax compliance.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and support audit requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting.
• Knowledge of Malaysian SST and e-Invoice requirements is an advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Female candidate preferred.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
