ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Account Executive to join QLUX GROUP SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional accounting and bookkeeping services. As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their financial records are accurately maintained and their accounting needs are expertly addressed. This role is essential to our business operations and directly contributes to client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and maintaining FULL SETS OF ACCOUNT with accuracy and professionalism
• Performing bookkeeping duties including recording transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
• Preparing E-invoices, purchase orders and other accounting documentation
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting or a similar financial role within a small to medium-sized practice
• Strong proficiency with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial statements and bookkeeping practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Malaysian tax and accounting knowledge is preferred but not essential
