Account Executive

• Able to prepare full set of accounts, this including (AP, AR, GL, Taxation), BS analysis as monthly basis
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the system.
• Review and prepare for tax estimate revision.
• Process supplier invoices, ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage the payment schedule.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Reports on overdue invoices, initiate the running process and generate reminders for overdue accounts.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
