Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in SAP, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, vendor management, and general accounting to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage vendor accounts, verify invoices, and coordinate for payment processing.
• Record journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Support general accounting, month-end closing, and documentation.
• Work on SAP for accounting transactions, data entry, and financial reporting.
• Assist with audit requirements and ensure proper maintenance of financial records
