Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, reconciliations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and import-export documentation, preferably with experience in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST and TDS documentation and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain import-export documents, records, and supporting paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Senior Accountant for accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and maintaining data in accounting software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting; jewellery industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.
