Role & responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) Duties

• Invoice Processing: Verify, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Three-Way Matching: Match purchase orders (POs), receiving documents, and vendor invoices.
• Payment Management: Schedule and execute vendor payments via check, ACH, or wire transfers.
• Vendor Relations: Resolve billing discrepancies, handle inquiries, and reconcile vendor statements.

General Accounting Duties

• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Month-End Closing: Assist in preparing financial data, journal entries, and aging reports.
• Audit Support: Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for tax and audit purposes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA/M.com in Finance will be an advantage.
• Experience: Invoice Processing and plant accounting from manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP or similar platforms, is preferred.
