Job Description – Accounts Executive

Designation: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Handle GST-related activities, including GST data preparation, reconciliation, and return filing support.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Maintain purchase and sales invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounting queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting procedures and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally, GST, accounting entries, and voucher preparation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
