Account Executive

• Manage full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and ledger updates.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets, P&L statements, and audit schedules.
• Handle tax-related matters, e-invoicing compliance, and liaise with auditors
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve finance issues.
• Monitor unbilled revenue and outstanding billings.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to resolve overdue balances, disputed invoices and payment issues.
• Prepare monthly AR ageing, collection forecasts and overdue analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• A professional qualification membership is an advantage.
• Experience in month-end closing, general ledger, account reconciliations and preparation of management accounts.
• Experience supporting audits, tax submissions and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems; Autocount System experience is an advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
