Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.

* Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

* Maintain cash book, ledger, and general accounting records.

* Process employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.

* Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.

* Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

* Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of accounting principles.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

* Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.

* 2–3years of experience in accounting or finance.

* Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Office is mandatory.

* Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in real estate, construction, or a similar industry will be an added advantage.

* Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,350.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
