Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with basic accounting knowledge and practical experience in Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting entries, payment and receipt transactions, sales and purchase entries, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily payment and receipt transactions in Tally Prime.
• Maintain basic bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting records.
• Enter and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliation as per bank statements.
• Verify accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in maintaining account ledgers and other accounting records.
• Support routine accounting activities as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Understanding of payment, receipt, sales, and purchase entries.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Commerce preferred.
• Freshers with basic accounting knowledge and Tally Prime skills may apply.
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
