Position - Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the organization in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

Prepare and maintain bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

Prepare accounting reports, MIS, and other financial statements as required.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.

Verify expenses, supporting documents, and accounting entries.

Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions in accounting software.

Support senior management and the finance team with financial analysis and reporting.
