Job Summary

Martins Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, invoicing, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Tally/Busy software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Prepare Sales & Purchase Invoices.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Handle vendor payments and customer collections.
• Maintain inventory-related accounting records (preferred).

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Experience in Tally Prime / Busy Accounting Software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics.
• Good command of MS Excel (Basic Formulas).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.A / B.Com preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Interior/Furniture industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
