Account Executive

Full Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to overall financial health. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, billing and bank reconciliation.

· Prepare and maintain financial records, statements and reports.

· Reconcile various bank accounts by compiling and balancing financial information.

· Updates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts receivable details and control accounts.

· Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and audits.

· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.

· Handle GST, TDS and other tax compliance requirement.

· Co-ordinate with vendors, suppliers and clients on payments follows up and invoicing.

· Completes other accounting tasks as needed.

Desired Qualification and Skills:

 B. Com or Bachelor's degree in related field.

 Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, GST and proper filing of documents.

 2+ years of accounting experience

 Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

 The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
