Location - Sandhurst Road, Mumbai. (near Station)

Accounts Executive

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in accounting field.
• handling of accounts in Tally Prime and Enter posting of purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher, Import Purchase, Export Sales.
• Verification of bills & payment.
• Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
• Maintain cash transaction & petty cash book.
• Day to day transactions, JV.
• Preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.
• Preparing of Tax invoices, Vouchers (E-way Bills, E-invoicing)
• Bank Remittance.
• Reconciliation of Bank Statement at the end of month.
• TDS, TCS, GSTR 1, GSTR 2B, GSTR 3B
• Verified GST details of every month.
• GST audit, Internal audit, statutory audit, fixed asset verification, Preparing MIS report every month, Ledger scrutiny.
• Interact with all Audits such as Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Departmental Audit (Sales Tax, Service Tax etc.).
