Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments
• Maintain accurate books of accounts
• Verify billing details, GST information, and customer records
• Track supplier payments and outstanding balances
• Perform regular bank reconciliation
• Maintain GST-related records and supporting documents
• Coordinate with external accountants / consultants for GST and statutory requirements
• Maintain proper records for review and audit purposes
• Provide financial data and reports to management as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in similar role.
• Education: Graduate in any stream; BBA, B.Com, or MBA preferred.
• Skills : Good knowledge of accounting principles , Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Tools / Software : Tally / Accounting Software , GST Portal, Banking Platforms, MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Language: English, Gujarati and Hindi
• Location: Surat, Gujarat.
