Account Executive

We’re looking for a bilingual Insurance Account Executive to join our team! This position combines sales and customer service, helping new customers find coverage while assisting existing clients with their policies.

Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell insurance policies with multiple carriers.
• Follow up with leads, explain coverage options, and close sales.
• Assist customers with payments, renewals, policy changes, underwriting and billing questions.
• Shop policies to find competitive rates and coverage options.
• Answer calls, respond to messages, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collect required documents and follow up on outstanding policy requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships through friendly, dependable service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of insurance agency experience.
• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable handling both sales and customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a busy office.
• Experience with QQ Catalyst and AgencyZoom is a plus.

Pay: $17 per hour base pay, plus monthly sales bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, and every other weekend, 10 AM–3 PM
