Job Description – Accounts Executive

Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle taxation-related activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other taxation-related activities.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Work on accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Assist with monthly closing and audit requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
• Ensure accuracy of financial documents and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation compliance.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
