Account Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Work on Tally for accounting transactions, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and Excel-based data summaries.
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining financial records.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and support management with regular reports.
• Assist in GST-related documentation and other accounting activities, as required.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidates with 12 years of experience in accounting.
• Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and financial reporting.
• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or other relevant finance qualifications preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
