The Vibe & The Role
As an Account Executive, you are the face of our brand in the local business community. Forget cold, transactional sales. You will act as a strategic marketing consultant, helping local entrepreneurs grow through cutting-edge print and digital campaigns.

What you’ll actually do:
Build Partnerships: Hunt down new business opportunities and consult with existing clients to understand what keeps them up at night.
Craft Killer Campaigns: Design custom, multi-channel marketing strategies that turn our audience into your client’s customers.
Weaponize Data: Use our deep audience insights to spot trends and present undeniable, high-impact opportunities to local leaders.
Own the Cycle: Manage the full sales journey—from the initial hello and contract negotiation to top-tier support.

What You Bring to the Table
We care more about your drive, grit, and curiosity than a hyper-specific resume. Media experience is a nice bonus, but we can teach you the industry if you bring the hustle.
Sales Drive: A proven track record in sales, retail, hospitality, or account management. You love the thrill of hitting a goal.
Local Passion: You care about Warrensburg and the greater Johnson County area, and you genuinely want to see our community succeed.
Creative Problem-Solving: You don't just take orders; you think outside the box to find unique solutions for diverse industries.
Base and uncapped commissions
