Account Executive

Our Singapore center (“ISAP” or “Information Systems Asia Pacific”) is the 2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office)” for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business . We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:

• Partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large-scale development projects.

Position - Account Executive

Overview :

You will join the Finance team and be primarily responsible for processing claims and invoices, posting accounting entries, and performing reporting and analysis tasks. Your responsibilities will include month-end closing, prepare management reports, and supporting ad hoc projects.

Main responsibilities

• Process claims and invoicing.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and management reporting.
• Perform accounting processes and tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) accounting and account reconciliations
• Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems when required.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and support projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Profile

• At least five years of relevant work experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.

Functional

• Good working knowledge of IFRS, accounting principle, withholding tax and GST knowledge

Technical

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice to have

• Experience within IT will be advantageous.
• French speaking capability is an advantage
• Experience in banking industry is an advantage
