Role Description

The Account Executive – Social Media is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing social media accounts for multiple clients, including planning and executing campaigns, creating and briefing content, and coordinating with design and copy teams. The Account Executive will monitor performance metrics, optimise content and posting strategies, and prepare regular reports and insights for clients. Daily tasks include client communication, managing approvals, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and support integrated communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong social media management skills across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), including content planning and scheduling.
• Experience in client servicing or account management within advertising, digital, or communication agencies.
• Ability to analyse social media performance data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
• Solid communication and presentation skills for managing client expectations and internal coordination.
• Understanding of brand building, audience targeting, and integrated marketing communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field; agency experience is preferred.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and its metrics
